ONE million trees world wide in a year

The goal of the international Lions club is to plant ONE MILLION TREES world wide in a year. Trees help the environment as they breate in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen. They also reduce erosion to save soil, help preserve local water sources and provide habitat for wildlife.

We are aiming to plant as many as we can to help in this goal.

I will be keeping a list of everyone who plants a tree so lets go for it!!!

If everyone plants one tree and encourages just two friends to plant one tree, the total planted will grow very quickly. Lets go for it!!

So far 4 trees have been planted.
